Our customers rely on Teltech to repair or replace their equipment with efficiency and speed to minimize their downtime. The repair process includes:
• Customer completes online form including part numbers, HECI codes and quantities
• Teltech determines repair feasibility and cost
• Teltech provided a Service Order number
• Customer sends equipment to Teltech for repair
• Customer receives repaired equipment back
